Tematyka prac badawczych:
Bioelektrochemia błon komórkowych i membran sztucznych, w tym gęstość ładunku
elektrycznego błony komórkowej, także modele błon komórkowych: napięcie
powierzchniowe, impedancja, elektoforeza. Elektrody jonoselektywne z ciekłą
membraną. Równowagi kompleksowe w roztworach niewodnych.
Przykładowy zakres prac magisterskich realizowanych w Zakładzie:
- Potencjometryczne i spektrofotometryczne badanie stałych trwałości związków
kompleksowych w roztworach niewodnych.
- Badanie właściwości elektrycznych dwuwarstwowych membran lipidowych.
- Wpływ zmian patologicznych oraz wybranych substancji toksycznych na
właściwości fizykochemiczne błon komórkowych.
- Rozdział składników błon komórkowych metodą chromatografii cieczowej.
